Compensation: $95,243 to $124,987 annually depending on experience
Sign-on and relocation: Case by case
Schedule: 7a to 7p with weekend rotation and on-call

Title: NICU Nurse Manager Level IV
Oversee daily operations, quality metrics, and team development for a high-volume Level IV NICU serving families across Greater Houston.

Role highlights

• Lead staffing, budgeting inputs, and clinical standards to elevate outcomes

• Mentor leaders and preceptors; strengthen engagement and retention

• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary teams to optimize flow and safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent NICU leadership (manager or charge)

• BSN required; active Texas or Compact RN (Texas within 60 days if Compact)

• AHA BLS
