Licensed Vocational Nurse Substance Abuse Treatment

Overview
We are hiring LVNs for a residential behavioral health program serving adults in recovery from substance use disorders. Ideal for nurses who value continuity of care and therapeutic communication.

Responsibilities

• Support RNs/providers with detox and rehab care plans

• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and vital trends

• Administer medications and document per policy

• Assist with intake assessments and care coordination

• Encourage patients through education and therapeutic engagement

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license; BLS required

• 1+ year clinical experience (behavioral/rehab/detox preferred)

• Team-oriented with strong patient advocacy

Schedule & Pay

• Evening or Night shifts (8s or 12s)

• $29 to $34/hr DOE + differentials

• Long-term, permanent placement pathway
