Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and identify changes in status promptly.

• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take corrective action as needed.

• Deliver patient-centered care across a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and other physical care requirements safely.

• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and follow-up instructions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Florida license or compact state license.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (hospital, LTACH, home health, or rehab considered).

• Current BLS certification.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred

• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire).

• Experience in Med-Surg or high-acuity units.

• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $30.76-$41.50/hr with applicable shift and certification differentials.

• Sign-On Bonus: $15K Nights / $10K Days (partial payout at hire, remainder in 6-month increments).
