Overview

HCA Florida Putnam Hospital is a 99-bed acute care facility serving North Central Florida. The hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency care, intensive care, cardiac catheterization, and rehabilitation. We are seeking a CT Technologist who consistently delivers excellent patient care and contributes to a collaborative, professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify physician orders prior to performing CT examinations

• Perform CT procedures following department protocols and physician instructions

• Conduct venipuncture and other invasive procedures according to established guidelines

• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction during procedures

• Maintain accurate patient records and document all pertinent exam information

• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions promptly

• Stock and maintain necessary supplies at the start and end of each shift

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, radiologists, patients, families, and staff

Qualifications

Required:

• 1 year of CT experience

• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program

Preferred:

• ARRT Registered Radiographer (R) & CT registry

Note: Acute care experience is not required.
