As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing safe, effective, and high-quality pest control services. Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and commercial properties for evidence of pest activity.

• Apply pest control treatments safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and ongoing maintenance.

• Maintain accurate service records, treatment documentation, and customer notes.

• Operate and maintain company-provided vehicle and equipment responsibly.

• Respond promptly to service calls and deliver exceptional customer care.

Requirements

Required:

• Valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.

Preferred:

• Texas Pest Control License (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

• Previous experience in pest control, maintenance, or a related trade.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 (based on experience)
