Base Pay: $28.00 to  $30.00 per hour
Shift Differentials:

• Weeknight Evenings/Nights +$2.25/hr.

• Weekend Days +$3.25/hr.

• Weekend Nights +$4.75/hr.

Overview

A trusted residential treatment and detox program near Ingram, TX seeks a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver hands-on care and patient support during detoxification and early recovery.
You will provide medication administration, monitoring, and patient education alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and support to patients under RN supervision.

• Accurately administer medications and monitor withdrawal symptoms.

• Document patient status, interventions, and responses in real time.

• Assist with admissions, assessments, and discharge procedures.

• Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to patient care planning.

• Maintain therapeutic rapport and uphold professional boundaries at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN license

• Current BLS certification

• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred

• Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits
