Weeknight Evenings/Nights +$2.25/hr.

Overview
A trusted residential treatment and detox program near Ingram, TX seeks a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver hands-on care and patient support during detoxification and early recovery.
You will provide medication administration, monitoring, and patient education alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and support to patients under RN supervision.

Accurately administer medications and monitor withdrawal symptoms.

Document patient status, interventions, and responses in real time.

Assist with admissions, assessments, and discharge procedures.

Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to patient care planning.

Maintain therapeutic rapport and uphold professional boundaries at all times.
Qualifications
-
Valid Texas LVN license
-
Current BLS certification
-
At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred

Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills
Compensation & Benefits
