Overview
Join a dynamic hospital team as a skilled Occupational Therapist providing acute, inpatient, and rehabilitation care. Deliver patient-centered therapy, develop individualized care plans, and support patients across the continuum of care. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized occupational therapy plans
-
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes and independence
-
Observe, document, and report patient responses to therapy and condition changes
-
Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs
-
Communicate payor requirements and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
-
Prioritize caseload, manage staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs
Qualifications
Required:
-
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida
-
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start
-
Minimum 1 year of OT experience (acute care, inpatient, or rehabilitation)

Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
Preferred:

Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based therapy programs

Strong interpersonal and patient engagement skills
-
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and outcome measurement
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $32.62-$48.93 depending on experience
