Full-Time | Nights, Rotating Weekends | $27.72 to $39.60/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights | Relocation Assistance Available (case-by-case)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled RN for the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) to provide expert care for post-operative cardiac patients. This role offers 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment focused on high-acuity patient care and professional growth.
Responsibilities

Serve as patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Instruct patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans.

Provide high-acuity care with continuous monitoring and frequent clinical assessments.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Ensure safe and effective use of equipment, supplies, and time.

Promote quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Minimum 1+ year of acute care ICU or PCU experience.

Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if compact).

Current BLS certification.

ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire).
Preferred:
-
BSN degree.
-
CCRN certification (must be obtained within 2 years).

NIHSS stroke certification (required within 30 days).
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $27.72 to $39.60 (based on experience).

Specialty Differential: +$2.50/hr
