Registered Nurse Behavioral Health for Detox Program

Overview
We are seeking Registered Nurses for an adult residential program supporting clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral conditions. Deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, vitals, and medication administration per orders

• Monitor withdrawal using CIWA/COWS protocols

• Collaborate in treatment planning and IDT meetings

• Patient/family education on recovery and relapse prevention

• Accurate, timely documentation; uphold state/federal standards

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (unencumbered)

• BLS required; ACLS preferred

• 1+ year clinical experience (behavioral health/detox/med-surg ideal)

• Strong therapeutic communication and teamwork

Schedule & Pay

• 12-hour Days or Nights (full-time)

• $38 to $45/hr DOE + shift differentials

• Long-term, permanent placement pathway
