Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking Registered Nurses for an adult residential program supporting clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral conditions. Deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities

Perform assessments, vitals, and medication administration per orders

Monitor withdrawal using CIWA/COWS protocols

Collaborate in treatment planning and IDT meetings

Patient/family education on recovery and relapse prevention
-
Accurate, timely documentation; uphold state/federal standards
Qualifications
-
Active Texas RN license (unencumbered)

BLS required; ACLS preferred
-
1+ year clinical experience (behavioral health/detox/med-surg ideal)

Strong therapeutic communication and teamwork
Schedule & Pay

12-hour Days or Nights (full-time)

$38 to $45/hr DOE + shift differentials
