Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Substance Abuse Treatment

Overview

We are hiring dedicated LVNs to join a residential behavioral health program focused on adult substance-use recovery. Ideal for nurses passionate about holistic care and long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support RNs and providers with detox and rehab care plans.

• Monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms and vital sign changes.

• Administer medications and document per policy and regulations.

• Assist with intake assessments and care coordination.

• Encourage patients through education and therapeutic communication.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license.

• Current BLS certification.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferably in behavioral health, rehab, or detox setting).

• Strong teamwork skills and empathy for patients in recovery.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time Evening or Night shifts (8 or 12-hour options).

• Pay $29 to $34/hr DOE plus shift differentials.
