Overview
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide acute inpatient rehabilitation in a dynamic hospital setting. Deliver patient-centered care, manage therapeutic plans, and support patients across the continuum of care. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments within scope of practice

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans in coordination with the care team

Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient functional outcomes

Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapeutic devices, and home programs
-
Prioritize caseload, coordinate daily staffing needs, and manage handoffs efficiently

Document therapy interventions and progress accurately and timely

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required:
-
Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida
-
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start
-
Minimum 1 year of acute inpatient or rehabilitation PT experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred:
-
Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based therapy programs

Strong patient engagement and communication skills

Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and functional outcome measurement

Hourly pay: $36.53-$53.20 depending on experience
