Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and radiologic imaging procedures using prescribed ionizing radiation.

• Operate scanners and related equipment efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Verify patient identification, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Review images for diagnostic accuracy and assist physicians with image interpretation needs.

• Maintain accurate patient and exam documentation.

• Ensure adherence to radiation protection and infection control standards.

• Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric.

• Participate in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start).

Preferred:

• ARRT (R) and (CT) certification.

• Previous acute care or freestanding emergency department experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $27.42 to $36.95 (commensurate with experience).

• Shift Differentials:

  • Evenings: +$2.00/hr

  • Nights: +$3.00/hr

  • Weekends: +$5.00/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
