Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Test Account in the Oxford area. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oxford area

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Test Account's services

- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed

- Continuously develop and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Willingness to travel within the Oxford area and occasionally outside of the UK
