Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Technologies Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients in Singapore. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Singapore, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our customer experience technologies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide recommendations for solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they are utilizing our technologies effectively
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and enhancements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in customer experience technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Assist with the implementation and integration of our technologies for new clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support provided
- Travel to client sites as needed for training and support purposes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of customer experience technologies, such as CRM systems, chatbots, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
