Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our clients. This individual will work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to identify their training needs and develop customized training solutions - Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities - Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning - Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development - Manage and maintain training materials, resources, and equipment - Partner with internal teams to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives - Provide feedback and coaching to participants to enhance their learning experience - Travel to client sites as needed to deliver training programs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software - Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Contract Details: This is a full-time, 1-year contract position based in Taipei, Taiwan.
