Position Overview:

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of the company

- Monitor and maintain the quality of services provided to clients, ensuring that they meet or exceed expectations

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

- Manage and train a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and equipment

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance for management

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal), knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
