One of our clients, a well-established and financially stable Taiwanese manufacturing company, a top-three player in its industry with nearly 25 years of operation in Vietnam. The company specializes in ODM services for Plate Styrofoam, Molded Styrofoam, Styrofoam Cutting, and Styrofoam Recycling. They are currently undergoing a significant restructuring to modernize operations and are expanding with a new factory in Northern Vietnam and future plans for international expansion into Thailand. The company has a total headcount of approximately 500 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General & Operational Management
Support the General Director in managing day-to-day operations and implementing strategic business goals.
Oversee company policies, standard operating procedures, and ensure consistent execution across departments.
Lead performance monitoring, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate standards.
2. Human Resources Management
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, covering talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Oversee the entire HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
Manage labor relations, union interactions, and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
Build and promote a strong company culture that supports employee engagement, safety, and teamwork.
Advise management on organizational design, manpower planning, and workforce optimization.
3. Administration & Facility Management
Supervise administrative operations, including office management, company assets, and facility maintenance.
Manage legal documents, contracts, licenses, and company registrations.
Ensure effective control over procurement of office supplies, company vehicles, utilities, and logistics.
Oversee company security, safety, and welfare programs in collaboration with HSE teams.
4. Leadership & Coordination
Lead and develop the Admin & HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
Act as a key liaison between management and staff, ensuring transparent communication and problem resolution.
