Position: Sales Admin (song ngữ Anh-Nhật) – open for Fresher

Location: Thai Ha, Dong Da, Ha Noi

Working Time: Mon – Fri (8h00 – 16h15)

1. Job Description:

• Supporting the account manager with administrative tasks (forecasting, contracting, and delivery information) for Japanese customer accounts
• Handling small, less complex accounts directly assigned in the region
• Working with internal teams to Solves a range of straightforward problems , analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures
• Lead time management internally
• Forecast management for more accuracy
• Coordinate with TQ team to find a solution for defective issues
• Sales Contract management, negotiate & develop contracts
• Price Quotation
• Monthly credit / debit management
• Sample Management.

2. Output:

• Inside sales activities : learning the technique of relationship and building customer confidence 80% on time
• Price on System Management : Update all pricing correctly more than 95% accuracy
• Sample Management : Prepare sample arrangement correctly more than 80% on time
• Other tasks assigned by the manager were completed 80% on time

3. Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred, with major of Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration,
• 1+ year working experience in relevant roles, open for fresher
• Language: good command of English+Japanese
• Good time management and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and strong follow-up skills.
• Skills of computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google, email, and function specific software

4. Salary and Benefits:

• Gross Salary: 12 – 15 mil VND (can negotiate base on capability)
• Breakfast allowance: 300,000 VND
• 13th month salary
