About the job Receptionist - HCM
Working location:
- HCMC (District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan).
- Work at one service point per day, rotating between 3 to 5 service points per week.
Working time: Full-time 8h00 – 18h00, 5 days/week (Off Sunday + 1 flexible day off during the week)
Main tasks:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information on company products and services.
- Consult with customers regarding product types, pricing, and available sales programs.
- Actively promote and upsell company services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Handle payment collections from customers efficiently.
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system & maintain cash handling procedures.
- Records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings, make reports as required.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure that all company branding is displayed in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
- Present Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) as required, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, and operational procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Ordering new merchandise and ensure received items are properly displayed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
- From 6 months of experience in sales, customer service or marketing role, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Retail trade from a service perspective.
- Able to using computer systems and software, including POS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English
