Gross Salary: up to 25,000,000
Location: Metropolitan, Dong Khoi, Dist. 1, HCMC
Working time: Mon - Fri'
1. Description:
- Communication Assets & Media: Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, Media & Digital) from briefing, evaluation, finalizing proposal to execution and close monitoring of all brand activities (i.e online/offline communications, promotions, activations) as scheduled in full year.
- NPI projects: Lead AW development, integrated communication activities to ensure consistency with Brand Heart and Brand Strategy
- Promotional material: development, submission, deployment with cross-functions and monitoring.
- Partner with Area team and different functions (RA; Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Finance) for on-going projects.
- Collaborate with cross functional team for external partnership, channel activation
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance frequently (Media update, FAQs tracking) to propose and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
- A&P monitoring and reporting
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager and undertake administrative tasks.
2. Requirements:
- 2+ years in Marketing Brand management in MNC, prefer experience in Pharma/Derma/Health supplement/Medical Device/Nutrition
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Employ analytics techniques to gather important data
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Communication Skill & Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Open-minded, innovative and result-oriented
- Agility and problem solving
- Good teamwork skill
