1. Description:

  • Communication Assets & Media: Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, Media & Digital) from briefing, evaluation, finalizing proposal to execution and close monitoring of all brand activities (i.e online/offline communications, promotions, activations) as scheduled in full year.
  • NPI projects: Lead AW development, integrated communication activities to ensure consistency with Brand Heart and Brand Strategy
  • Promotional material: development, submission, deployment with cross-functions and monitoring.
  • Partner with Area team and different functions (RA; Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Finance) for on-going projects.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team for external partnership, channel activation
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance frequently (Media update, FAQs tracking) to propose and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
  • A&P monitoring and reporting
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager and undertake administrative tasks.

2. Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Marketing Brand management in MNC, prefer experience in Pharma/Derma/Health supplement/Medical Device/Nutrition
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Employ analytics techniques to gather important data
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Communication Skill & Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Open-minded, innovative and result-oriented
  • Agility and problem solving
  • Good teamwork skill
