Working time: Monday to Friday , 8h30 to 5h30


1. Job description

Receptionist (20%):

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally at the reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
  • Support basic reception and administrative tasks as assigned.

Admin (80%):

  • Support for employee traveling administration (booking/settlement).
  • Organize the supply of utilities (stationary/electricity, fuel, water).
  • Cleanliness: Organize office cleaning service to ensure cleanliness/sanitation / follow up the meeting room booking and ensure that the office always put under well arrangement.
  • Filling HR documents/support HR team to collecting/searching the quotations for HR transactions monitoring & the pay settlement to vendors.
  • Support HRM to prepare employee events/liaising with tenants for firefighting activities/ office security/vehicles parking

2. Requirements

  • Graduate Colleges or University
  • Fresh or 1 year experience (willingness to learn HR professional is referable)
  • Well and smart working planning
  • Neat and tidy
  • Good at English communication
  • Excellence in using Microsoft office
  • Friendly, professional communication, dynamic and socialize

3. Benefits

  • Contract term: 12 months – signed through Talentnet.
  • SHUI (follow the Vietnam Labor Law)
  • Gross salary: 12,840,000 VND
  • Transportation Allowance: 870,000 VND/ month
  • Meal Allowance: 800,000 VND/ month
  • Performance Bonus: 500,000 VND/ month (apply for full attendance in the month)
