Working time: Monday to Friday , 8h30 to 5h30
1. Job description
Receptionist (20%):
- Greet and assist visitors professionally at the reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
- Support basic reception and administrative tasks as assigned.
Admin (80%):
- Support for employee traveling administration (booking/settlement).
- Organize the supply of utilities (stationary/electricity, fuel, water).
- Cleanliness: Organize office cleaning service to ensure cleanliness/sanitation / follow up the meeting room booking and ensure that the office always put under well arrangement.
- Filling HR documents/support HR team to collecting/searching the quotations for HR transactions monitoring & the pay settlement to vendors.
- Support HRM to prepare employee events/liaising with tenants for firefighting activities/ office security/vehicles parking
2. Requirements
- Graduate Colleges or University
- Fresh or 1 year experience (willingness to learn HR professional is referable)
- Well and smart working planning
- Neat and tidy
- Good at English communication
- Excellence in using Microsoft office
- Friendly, professional communication, dynamic and socialize
3. Benefits
- Contract term: 12 months – signed through Talentnet.
- SHUI (follow the Vietnam Labor Law)
- Gross salary: 12,840,000 VND
- Transportation Allowance: 870,000 VND/ month
- Meal Allowance: 800,000 VND/ month
- Performance Bonus: 500,000 VND/ month (apply for full attendance in the month)
