Job Purpose

We are looking for a Digital Creative Designer to develop high-quality digital visuals and creative assets that support brand communication and drive customer engagement. The role focuses on creating and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency in brand identity and user experience. The position also requires continuous innovation in visual and creative approaches by leveraging modern design tools and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Development & Digital Asset Optimization

  • Develop digital-first visual content based on briefs, including social media posts, key visuals, digital ads, banners, EDMs, and short-form videos for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, and websites.
  • Adapt and localize designs from master storyboards into final assets optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Create multiple design variants to test and optimize performance for demand generation and purchase conversion.
  • Design and adapt POSM materials such as booth visuals, standees, top boards, hangers, and wobblers to enhance in-store visibility.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with brand teams, developers, and external agencies to ensure accurate and consistent visual deliverables.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines before publication.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints to ensure a cohesive user experience.

3. Creative Innovation & Trend Adoption

  • Stay updated with digital design trends, platform guidelines, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously improve visual systems and creative approaches for digital channels.
  • Support the development of product content and visual materials for digital commerce channels, including product pages, promotional banners, and campaign visuals.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital design, creative, or visual content roles within an agency, digital studio, or brand environment.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, or interactive design is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Creative Technologies, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.

Professional Skills

  • Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and platform-specific content.
  • Experience using AI tools in creative or design projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD).
  • Understanding of digital formats, resolutions, and platform best practices.

Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating with front-end developers is advantageous.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Language

  • Vietnamese and English proficiency.
