Claim Staff

Working location: District 1 (former), HCM City

Salary: Negotiable, based on candidate's qualifications and experience. Candidates are encouraged to propose their expected salary.

Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Contract term: Full-time 1 year, signed via TLN

1. Job description:

• Experience: actual practical in aforementioned industries or relevant
• Claim handling: marine cargo, property/engineering, automobile including relevant process.
• Reports to Claim HOD and BOD
• Co-work to other Dept. if needed.
• Site inspection in needed

2. Necessary Requirements:

• Education Level: Bachelors degree in Insurance, Auditing, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken English with strong writing skills.
• Strong logical analysis and investigation skills with an independent point of view.
• Good understanding and application of insurance policies.
• Ability to innovate and improve work efficiency.
• Honest, diligent, and detail-oriented.
