Position: Assistant Online Brand Manager

Working Location: The Nexus Building, District 1, HCMC

1. Key Job Responsibilities

1.1. Brand Livestream Execution

  • Assist the Online Brand Manager in executing campaigns across Consumer Engagement Touchpoints (Brand Livestreams, Affiliate Livestream & Pampering, GWP, online activations) aligned with Brand Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaigns to drive e-commerce growth.
  • Coordinate with agencies to execute Mega Livestream events:

    • Ensure production quality follows brand concept and key direction.
    • Brief KOLs and BAS on livestream flow and expected outcomes.
    • Provide on-site livestream management.
  • Work closely with the KOL team for Mega Campaign livestreams:

    • Align on scope, scripts, and social media deliverables.
    • Manage on-site execution needs.
  • Oversee daily livestream quality:

    • Tool testing, product cards, visuals alignment.
    • Ensure testers and materials are prepared with BAS and agency.
  • Monitor agency performance and track monthly livestream KPIs (sales, productivity, host performance) on TikTok and Shopee.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and stakeholders to execute mini-games and CRM plans.

1.2. Influencer Livestream & Pampering Management

  • Coordinate with agencies to execute KOL & Affiliate pampering plans as per manager direction.
  • Support on-site execution for key monthly big-tier livestream sessions to ensure premium brand presence.

1.3. GWP (Gift-With-Purchase) Development

  • Support development of GWP samples with agency following brand direction.
  • Assist in coordinating GWP delivery between agency and internal teams.
  • Track GWP usage and performance according to plan.

1.4. Logistics Support for Key Projects

  • Coordinate with delivery agencies to execute key projects related to content flooding, PR events, and other ad-hoc initiatives.

1.5. Project Reporting

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and campaign learnings related to Livestreams, GWPs, and KOL pampering projects.

2. Professional Skills & Technical Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management and/or E-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Brand Livestream operations and E-commerce channels.
  • Experience in KOL management and POSM production.
  • Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong learning agility.
  • Adaptable and resourceful; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills when working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills (task prioritization & deadline management).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and Canva is a plus.
