We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Tech Recruitment to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional technology professionalsparticularly in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI Influencer ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for AI and emerging tech roles in Mainland China, aligned with CP Axtra Techs growth plans.
- Partner closely with leadership to understand talent needs for the AI initiatives and influencer technology ecosystem.
- Lead talent sourcing, market mapping, and networking across Shanghai, Shenzhen, and nearby regions to build a strong tech talent pipeline.
- Build relationships with local universities, tech communities, and professional networks to strengthen CP Axtras employer brand.
- Oversee the recruitment process lifecycle, from candidate engagement, interview management, offer negotiation, to onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor benchmarking in Chinas tech landscape.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement recruitment frameworks that support the China Tech Hub setup.
- Ensure compliance with Chinas employment regulations and CP Axtras global recruitment policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on technology recruitment; previous exposure to AI, Data Science, or Digital roles preferred.
- Proven track record of hiring in Mainland China and strong understanding of the Chinese tech ecosystem.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing organizations with cross-border recruitment exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Thai is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to mobilize and travel frequently to China Mainland
