About the job Receptionist
- Take care of front service and orderly reception are also meeting room
- Answer and forward calls to destine department as caller request or appropriate person
- Greet and welcome guests, guide and accommodate as schedule
- Schedule meeting room usage and ensure all equipment are ready to use also advise about the equipment usage
- Coordinate with repair and maintenance team for meeting room area
- Coordinate with housekeeper to prepare guests' welcome
- Responsible for front desk office work, in-out document
- Check in-stock items required for reception and meeting rooms
- Scheduling with repair and maintenance team to support
- Others as assigned
