  1. Take care of front service and orderly reception are also meeting room
  2. Answer and forward calls to destine department as caller request or appropriate person
  3. Greet and welcome guests, guide and accommodate as schedule
  4. Schedule meeting room usage and ensure all equipment are ready to use also advise about the equipment usage
  5. Coordinate with repair and maintenance team for meeting room area
  6. Coordinate with housekeeper to prepare guests' welcome
  7. Responsible for front desk office work, in-out document
  8. Check in-stock items required for reception and meeting rooms
  9. Scheduling with repair and maintenance team to support
  10. Others as assigned
