About the job Executive, Supply Chain Operations Support - New Store
Support setting up stores master , tasks plan and key parameter also coordinating to get ranges related to new stores and involved process rollout and make sure whole ordering systems ready for open new stores , Refresh & Rebrand Stores within timeline.
Focus on the forecasting & replenishment process to make sure the availability of new stores, Refresh & Rebrand Stores achieve on company targets.
Generate the Purchasing Order to suppliers & follow up suppliers for delivery confirmation, coordinate with Distribution Center for prioritize and focus the stock replenishment process to stores.
Coordinate to related SC team, Buyers, Space Range & Display & Stores setting up and Store operation incase of suppliers insufficient to have the reservation plan of opening new stores.
Daily Availability monitoring for Out & Over stock during Pre & Post GO LIVE period and solve the issues related to replenishment for stores.
Support any other project related to New Stores, Refresh & Rebrand stores.
Supporting any assignment from Line manager
