Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager with expertise in tilt-up construction to oversee and manage various projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale concrete projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of tilt-up construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management within the concrete construction industry, with a focus on tilt-up construction.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
