Civil Foreman

We are looking for a Foreman to lead construction crews on roadway projects. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a foreman in construction, preferably in roadway projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
