Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification is required.
• Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
