Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing GRC functionalities within our ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Development & Configuration: Develop, customize, and configure the GRC application within ServiceNow to meet business requirements.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with GRC teams, IT management, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
  3. Best Practices: Follow best practices for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Ensure that configurations and developments are efficient, scalable, and sustainable.
  4. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to the GRC and IT teams to ensure the optimal use of the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, enhancements in the GRC module, and best practices to bring continuous improvement to the platform.
  6. Integration: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other systems/tools using various integration methods.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, user guides, process documentation, and configuration details.
  8. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the GRC application within ServiceNow in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  2. Certified ServiceNow Developer or equivalent certification.
  3. A minimum of 5 experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically within the GRC application.
  4. Strong understanding of GRC processes, including Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, and more.
  5. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  6. Experience with ServiceNow's integrations, using MID servers, web services, email, and other relevant technologies.
  7. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in a remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with other ServiceNow applications/modules.
  2. Familiarity with [Other Relevant Tools or Platforms - e.g., ITSM, ITOM].
  3. Advanced ServiceNow certifications.
