CargoWise Implementation Consultant

As a CargoWise Consultant, you will leverage your extensive expertise in CargoWise One and technical skills in SQL, XML, Linux, and Microsoft Excel to enhance our logistics solutions. You will work closely with our global clients to manage and improve Freight Forwarding processes, ensuring optimal integration and efficient workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the technical and functional aspects of CargoWise One implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate CargoWise with government portals in various countries for electronic invoicing and other required functionalities.
• Customize documents and manage workflows within CargoWise One.
• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis for high-priority issues and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage project requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology in Computers Science or a related field.
• Certified CargoWise Professional with at least 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and logistics.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, Linux, PowerBi and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country projects and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms for issue tracking and management.
• Knowledge of Lean-Agile project management principles.

Certifications:

• CargoWise Certified Professional.
• Lean-Agile Project Management (desirable).
