Role & responsibilities

  • Have 0-4 years of work experience in ticketing
  • Good product knowledge of touristic places around the world
  • Knowledge of Amadeus and Country Codes are mandatory
  • Ability to handle crisis situation
  • Have good knowledge of travel industry; strong interpersonal, networking & Negotiation skills are necessary
  • Excellent written and spoken English and persuasion skills.
  • Be able to develop strategic pitches for Clients
  • Always act professionally and with respect.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people.
  • Be enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.
  • Be a Problem solver and address the customer's concerns based on sales objection handling techniques.
  • Be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.
