Role & responsibilities
- Have 0-4 years of work experience in ticketing
- Good product knowledge of touristic places around the world
- Knowledge of Amadeus and Country Codes are mandatory
- Ability to handle crisis situation
- Have good knowledge of travel industry; strong interpersonal, networking & Negotiation skills are necessary
- Excellent written and spoken English and persuasion skills.
- Be able to develop strategic pitches for Clients
- Always act professionally and with respect.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people.
- Be enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.
- Be a Problem solver and address the customer's concerns based on sales objection handling techniques.
- Be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.
