HR Specialist

Position: HR Specialist

Location: GATE-Base
Duration: January 2026 to August 2026 for NCOC Turnaround. (If the work continue can be extended)

Rotation: 6/1

Start Date: January 2026

Work Time Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 / Saturday 08:00 to 13:00.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, disciplinary processes, and HR reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel application.
• Fluent in either Turkish or English (at least one of them is mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end HR and NCOC Badge processes.
• Preparing regular HR timesheets for Salary.
