HVOF Coating Technician

Experience with operation HVOF systems, JP5000 and JP8000 (Preferred) ABB & Fanuc Robot (preferred)

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding

Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills

Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Works well meeting multiple deadlines with the ability to deliver on time

Operate blast cabinet, walk in blast cabinet, and pot blasters

Must be able to make coating setups

Able to read micrometer, calibers, height gauge, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 5 years experience sandblasting and HVOF coatings
