ROLE OBJECTIVE:

Objectives To conduct an independent Environmental Assessment of the Refinery to identify material environmental risks, compliance gaps, liabilities, and improvement opportunities. The SME will perform a site survey and inspections, followed by the development of a comprehensive Due Diligence Environmental Report.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years in refinery environmental compliance or auditing.

Experience with oil & gas environmental standards (IFC, ISO 14001, IEMA, etc.).

Demonstrated experience with Kazakhstan or CIS environmental regulations (preferred)
