Job description

• Communicate on the phone, but not anyway, but with the aim of promoting, persuading and selling products and services;
• To propose offers tailored to customers' needs, to give them exactly what they need;
• Provide relevant and accurate information about the products and services promoted;
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries;
• Ensure that you have satisfied customers, and that in everything you do, you follow up on both quality and target achievement.
