About the job Master Data Analyst
JOB GOALS:
- Processing requests in SAP related to handling data for materials, customers, suppliers, and pricing for all countries where the client has business operations
- Point of contact for internal customers for master data requests
- Proposition and implementation of the simplifying initiatives related to data automation
- Supporting other departments or teams on master data administration related to materials, customers, suppliers, and pricing changes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that the master data change requests are processed using appropriate informatics systems, as per the internal work instructions.
- Ensures that the change data requests are validated by the appropriate department.
- Is responsible for data conformity as per the requestors needs and alerts for any error in data entry.
- Acts as first level as escalation for signaling data errors and corrections.
- Offers quick solutions depending on the business impact making sure the incident is solved; Facilitates internal communication, being the interface between the impacted business departments.
- Provides reports related to Master Data activity to other departments as per the requests and needs.
- Collaborates with other departments whenever there is a master data impact due to changes from other business projects.
- Participates to audit processes related to departments activity, as per companys requirements.
- Monitors data quality acting to understand and check the root causes (the check is done through the monthly audit).
- Recommends and supports organizational changes as well as other improvements initiatives.
- Is responsible for solving Master data incidents when defects are encountered.
- Executes any other requests from the Direct Manger as to accomplish the business strategy and goals within the legal requirements of the law.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:
- Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis in similar domains, preferably in customer care, planning & operations, supply chain or logistics.
- Prior experience or knowledge of operational procedures for procurement, pricing, and customer management
- Good knowledge of Excel and databases
- Perfect knowledge of SAP software solution (preferably SAP MM or SD)
- SQL and Power BI- nice to have
- Clientele and Salesforce or any other ERP or CRM systems
- Foreign languages competencies: English advanced level

WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hours/ day/, 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday, from 14.00 to 22.00, remote activity.
