Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Azure AI Studio Accelerator Developer with over 10 years of cloud development experience to drive the development of advanced AI workloads on the Microsoft Azure platform. The candidate will utilize deep technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Workload Development: Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated custom workloads utilizing Microsoft Azure AI Studio, ensuring adherence to performance and scalability benchmarks.

Technical Leadership: Mentor cross-functional development teams, facilitating agile processes and ensuring the adoption of best practices in coding and architecture.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement robust testing frameworks to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

Architecture Design: Create and maintain detailed architecture and design documents, including component interactions, data flow, and integration strategies with existing systems.

Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to define project scope, gather requirements, and adjust deliverables based on real-time feedback.

Documentation: Develop thorough documentation of processes, methodologies, and codebases for reference and onboarding.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 10-15 years of software development experience with a focus on cloud technologies and AI solutions.

Technical Skills:

    Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Copilot, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.

    Advanced programming skills in Python, C#, and Java, with a focus on microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

    Proficient in Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes, automated testing, and code quality metrics.

    Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration practices.

    Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Stream Analytics, and real-time data processing frameworks.

    Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar preferred.

    Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize workflows effectively.

    Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
