Senior Implementation Specialist Cyber Recovery Services (CRS)

Project Scope:
This role will focus on appraising and optimizing vault technical systems by leveraging Data Domain with VEEAM, as well as testing and validating backup recovery processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring critical assets can be recovered efficiently and securely, while defining and documenting operational processes and runbooks for Cyber Recovery Services (CRS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed technical appraisal of vault systems and processes in collaboration with the team.
• Utilize Data Domain and VEEAM to optimize backup recovery and restoration workflows.
• Test and validate backup recovery processes to ensure successful restoration of critical assets/materials.
• Develop comprehensive runbooks for the recovery of critical materials and assets.
• Define and document operational processes required to support Cyber Recovery Services (CRS).
• Provide training to relevant personnel on Cyber Recovery Manager, CyberSense, and other related Vault products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and operation of Cyber Recovery Services.
• Ensure compliance with IR35 regulations (Inside IR35).

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Data Domain and VEEAM solutions, particularly in backup recovery and optimization.
• Experience with Cyber Recovery Manager, CyberSense, and other vault-related products.
• Proven ability to define and implement operational processes for Cyber Recovery Services.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience developing runbooks and training materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a high-pressure environment focused on business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of IR35 regulations and ability to work within its framework (Inside IR35).
