About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with hands-on blockchain knowledge to support planning, coordination, and documentation across technical projects. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders while ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, tracking, and executing blockchain-related projects

Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project milestones

Prepare and maintain clear technical and functional documentation

Monitor timelines, deliverables, and risk areas

Facilitate meetings, status updates, and reporting

Ensure alignment between project goals and execution
Must-Have Skills

Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals:

Wallets

Tokenization
-
Blockchain networks/chains

Digital signatures

Experience creating structured project documentation

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Experience creating presentations and workflows in Figma
