About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with hands-on blockchain knowledge to support planning, coordination, and documentation across technical projects. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders while ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing blockchain-related projects

  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project milestones

  • Prepare and maintain clear technical and functional documentation

  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and risk areas

  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and reporting

  • Ensure alignment between project goals and execution

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals:

    • Wallets

    • Tokenization

    • Blockchain networks/chains

    • Digital signatures

  • Experience creating structured project documentation

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Good to Have

  • Experience creating presentations and workflows in Figma

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Exposure to Web3 or decentralized application projects
