Solution Architect - Node.js & Blockchain

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Node.js and blockchain technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You'll architect systems across Web3, decentralized applications, and modern backend infrastructure while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Architect end-to-end solutions for blockchain, Web3, and Node.js-based applications
• Design scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Lead technical decision-making on architecture, frameworks, and technology stack
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Evaluate and integrate blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance optimization
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in blockchain, Web3, and backend technologies

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of software development and solution architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend frameworks (Nest.js preferred)
• Strong experience with blockchain technologies and Web3 ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.)
• Proven track record designing scalable microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust) and blockchain integration
• Expertise in databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and caching layers (Redis)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of system design, architectural patterns, and trade-offs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or decentralized protocols
• Knowledge of consensus mechanisms and blockchain infrastructure
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in blockchain systems
