Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial Modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial applications, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional SME with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, particularly in Accounts Payables (AP) and APIs / integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge functional business requirements with technical Oracle solutions, ensuring efficient system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting to support procure-to-pay processes and related financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand and document Procure-to-Pay and Payables processes.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Accounts Payables module including supplier setup, invoice processing, payment processing, approvals, and related workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications that align with best practices in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion setup options, approval rules, and compliance controls for financial processes.
API & Integration
- Design, develop, test and deploy integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or middleware.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure reliable data exchange and business continuity.
- Document integration flows, interface requirements, and API usage standards.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose functional and technical issues in AP processes, integrations, and configurations; propose effective solutions.
- Validate interface data, investigate errors, and collaborate with development teams to fix issues.
- Provide ongoing support during testing cycles (functional, SIT, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
Documentation & Training
- Prepare functional and technical documentation such as business requirements, test scripts, SOPs, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users to improve adoption and proficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, especially Accounts Payables (AP).
- Proven experience with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or similar middleware.
- Good functional knowledge of procure-to-pay business processes (supplier management, invoice processing, payments).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience preparing documentation including functional specifications and test plans.
