Senior Software Engineer - Odoo

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules, handling version upgrades, and integrating APIs and payment gateways. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across versions
• Handle version upgrades and migrations (Odoo 12 latest)
• Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal) and REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance implementations

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on Odoo development experience
• Proven expertise across Odoo versions (18/17/16, 15, 14, 13, 12)
• Strong skills in Odoo Development Framework (ORM, Models, Wizards, Security, XML Views)
• Proficient in Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Odoo.sh and On‑Premise deployments
• Knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM modules
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Nice to have: multi‑company/multi‑currency experience, performance optimization, Docker/CI/CD exposure
