Senior Marketing Specialist

About the Role

TEKHQS is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead day-to-day marketing execution across technology services, AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, SaaS products, ERPs, and AI-driven offerings.

This role focuses on planning, coordination, content execution, and team leadership, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective pitching of services and products across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily marketing operations and execution
Plan and oversee content calendars and publishing schedules
Ensure regular posting across professional and social platforms
Drive marketing support for:
-- Technology services offerings
-- SaaS-based products
-- AI and GenAI tools/assistants
-- ERP implementation and support services
Coordinate with design, video, and content teams
Manage event-related marketing and brand activities
Support website content updates and basic lead-focused initiatives
Prepare and manage leadership content for professional platforms
Conduct daily short team syncs to track execution and resolve blockers

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Experience leading or managing a marketing team
• Exposure to technology services or SaaS marketing
• Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
• Familiarity with social platforms, content workflows, and basic performance tracking
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
