Associate Project Manager - Blockchain

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Associate Project Manager/Product Owner – Blockchain to lead the development of our Web3 and blockchain-based products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-centric blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for blockchain-based products.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with company objectives.
• Work closely with Blockchain, Smart Contract, Backend, and Frontend teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, sales, and leadership.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in Web3, DeFi, NFT, and AI ecosystems.
• Ensure timely sprint planning, grooming, and release management.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance based on data insights.
• Ensure compliance, security standards, and smart contract audit coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years experience as Associate Project Manager/Product Owner in blockchain or Web3 products.
• Strong understanding of:
• Smart Contracts (Solidity)
• Ethereum / BSC / Polygon or similar networks
• DeFi, NFTs, DAO, Tokenomics
• Wallet integrations (Metamask, WalletConnect)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar tools.
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching a token or blockchain-based platform.
• Knowledge of Web3 security standards.
• Exposure to AI + Blockchain integration.
• Certifications in Product Management or Scrum (PSPO, CSM).
