Video Editor

About the Role

TEKHQS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to lead the video production and editing process for our marketing, product, and brand communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling and editing skills, with additional hands-on experience in videography and photography to support content creation when needed.

This role requires someone who can transform concepts into engaging visual narratives, work with raw footage or shoot content as required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining consistency with TEKHQS brand standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete video production process from concept, storyboarding, and raw footage to final delivery.
• Produce high-quality videos for SaaS platforms, TMS products, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Capture and edit office events, product demos, and promotional shoots.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure visuals align with the overall brand strategy.
• Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects for enhanced production quality.
• Ensure all visual content, photos, and video meets company branding and creative standards.
• Support internal and external communication content, including social media, website, and corporate presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing, videography, and multimedia production (experience in tech or SaaS companies preferred)
• Hands-on experience with in-house video production, including on-site shoots, set design, and studio work
• Proficiency in videography and photography - shooting, lighting setup, composition, framing, and camera operation
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related creative editing tools
• Ability to handle both pre-production (planning, storyboarding) and post-production (editing, color grading, sound)
• Experience with photography for marketing materials, product shots, team profiles, and event coverage
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, brand consistency, and creative direction
• Fluent in English for team coordination, client reviews, and feedback sessions
• Proven ability to manage multiple video/photo projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with marketing and creative teams
