Senior Software Engineer-React Native

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance mobile applications that serve real-world use cases.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-friendly applications while maintaining high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

• Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
• Develop scalable and high-performance applications for production environments
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery timelines

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Identify bottlenecks and improve app responsiveness
• Ensure efficient memory and resource management

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Follow coding standards, version control, and documentation practices
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

Ownership & Problem Solving

• Take ownership of assigned modules and features
• Build complex applications from scratch
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development
• Strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript
• Experience building and scaling large-scale mobile applications
• Proven ability to develop complex applications from scratch
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques

Technical Skills

• React Native
• TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
• REST APIs integration
• State management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Mobile performance optimization
• Git and version control

Good to Have

• Exposure to Blockchain / Web3 integrations
• Experience with native modules (iOS/Android)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Experience publishing apps on App Store / Play Store
