About the Role:

Welcome to the CRM Team!
We develop and operate the Cloud for Customer (C4CSales and Service Cloud) as the central solution for account management across user groups within the organization and its subsidiaries. Our team provides standardized CRM functionalities, including:

  • Customer overview and life-cycle mapping
  • Sales and contact planning
  • Contact history and market engagement activities
  • Lead and opportunity management

The Sales Cloud is the cornerstone of the "Lead to Cash" process, established as the "standard technology" in S/4. As part of the ART Customer & Business Intelligence Services (CBIS), embedded within the DSO Mobility Customers (MKS), you'll be at the heart of driving innovation and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior BizDevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Configure functionalities in the SAP Sales Cloud, supporting functional experts in error analysis and correction during development and operations.
  • Clarify functional, technical, and architectural requirements independently, coordinating with teams across Agile Release Trains and Services.
  • Lead the agile DevOps team in planning and implementing sustainable solutions, including testing, rollout, and application operations.
  • Train stakeholders on newly developed functionalities, ensuring quality and documentation for less experienced team members.


What Were Looking For:

Must-Have Criteria:

  • A completed higher education in computer science, business informatics (HF, FH, ETH, Uni), or equivalent training and experience in SAP applications or cloud environments.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an SAP Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate the implementation of business requirements directly with stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in solution design and application development.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Criteria:

  • Good English language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic architectures and solution approaches.
  • Experience in coordinating and implementing business requirements.
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and O365 applications.
  • Understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
