Job Title: Senior SAP Application Consultant - SAP Logistics in ART LPV

Location: Bern, Switzerland (50% onsite / 50% remote)
Workload: 80-100%
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Until December 31, 2025 (with extension)

We seek a Senior SAP Application Consultant to join our ART LPV (Logistics, Production, and Sales) team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the digital transformation of our Supply Chain processes within the Infrastructure Division. You'll work with cutting-edge SAP technologies, including SAP MM, EWM, and TM, and contribute to the standardization and implementation of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and implement logistics processes using SAP Supply Chain (SAP MM, EWM, TM).
• Clarify functional, technical, and architectural requirements and document results.
• Oversee SAP system settings and create customizing/configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Managers, and stakeholders in an agile setup.
• Develop specifications for near-/offshore partners, support implementation, and conduct testing and reviews.
• Continuously improve solutions within the DevOps framework and collaborate with software/system architects.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, EWM, TM) and customizing.
• Agile Mindset: Strong experience with SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
• Interface Knowledge: Proven experience with interface technologies like API, IDOC, ALE, and RFC.
• Analytical & Conceptual Skills: Ability to analyze complex processes and develop innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and coordination skills, with fluency in German and English (B2 level).
• Experience: Several years in SAP consulting, process analysis, and logistics solutions development.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, PP, PM).
• Proficiency in agile collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Miro, Teams, Confluence).
• Proactive, empathetic, and open to direct feedback culture.
